Full-time Nurse - Newtown

Full Time Nurse Required.

We have a position available at Sydney Animal Hospitals – Newtown.  We are looking for a nurse with 3 or more years experience. The hospital has a team of 4 full time and 3 part time veterinarians, and 8 nurses plus support staff. Sydney Animal Hospitals Newtown is part of the Sydney Animal Hospitals group and as such enjoys an excellent reputation and loyal client base. We are open 7am to 11pm seven days a week. The roster currently spans these hours on an equal shared basis.

Sydney Animal Hospitals Newtown operates at a high standard. We have digital radiography, full in house pathology including Lasercyte hematology, biochemistry and blood gas analyzer, visiting specialists and a fully equipped surgical facility capable of high standard orthopedic procedures. Continuing education is encouraged.

The hospital has a high case load and given our opening hours we see many emergency cases. We are looking for a nurse who is motivated to improve their skills and able to work under pressure while maintaining a compassionated and caring outlook.
