Emergency vet – animal emergency service

We recognise that even with appropriate preventive health care, emergencies can occur with your pet. Your Sydney Animal Hospitals veterinary healthcare team is ready to provide your pet with emergency veterinary care should it be required. Of course, we hope your pet never needs us for an emergency.

However, if your pet does have an emergency our approach will include:

• An assessment by one of our trained veterinarians.
• An estimate of the costs involved with your case. However, animal emergency procedures costs can vary depending on what services and treatments are required.
• We will keep you updated regularly during the course of your pet's stay in our vet hospital.
• In some cases we may need to refer to a veterinary specialist centre or 24-hour animal emergency facility.
